"First, I have never seen or ever spoken to Jeff Johnson, who is listed as my agent. Had State Farm since the late 90s in AZ, TX and now here. Called again today because my auto debit for my life insurance didn’t go through. Domenic assured me everything was set with my new card after my fraud event and subsequent new card. It wasn’t. Today getting decline emails again from State Farm. Called and Domenic was busy (again) and this same person who answered the phone answered my questions last time. Well, evidently Domenic did not make the change to my payment method, since I had to go in online and manually change myself when I checked again. And I never expect to hear from Jeff Johnson regarding my issues. I’ve never felt supported by this agency even after I had my BMW totaled after being hit by a drunk driver. We did all the leg work. And had rude service by (again not Domenic or Jeff) but a female employee who I don’t recall the name. So, at this point, it feels like I’m throwing money down a hole at the Jeff Johnson agency. Currently have 5 policies with them but I wonder what the magic number of policies is to get a dang phone call from my supposed agent. Ridiculous and very bad customer service."
"Murray, I am sorry you feel the way you do with the service in our agency. You did call us on January 20th, 2025, stating you had a fraud issue with your bank card. You gave us the information on your new card, which Domanic promptly made the change in our system, on that same day. Unfortunately, your bank declined the next payment when State Farm tried to process it from your new card. I assume, the bank was still worried about fraud issues. However, Domanic absolutely made the changes you requested on your account the same day you requested it. I’ve spoken with both Domanic and Lindsay this morning. They both say that you request to speak with Domanic each time you call. They also say they always enjoy your calls as you are so kind and easy to do business with. As for speaking with me, all you must do is request you’d like to talk, or set an appointment to come in. My days are typically full of meetings with valued customers, like yourself. We also have sent you 2 letters in the last 4 years asking to come in and do a review with me personally! However, if you let any of our amazing team members know you want to talk with me directly, or set an appointment to come in, I’ll always be happy to do so! I also very much appreciate your feedback. It's important to us that every client feels respected and heard. "
